Pass Consulting have been dealing with asbestos issues overseas since 1977, though since 2001, we’ve focused on England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands.
Although our clients span the country, we’re based in the South East and the majority of our surveys are carried out within a hundred miles of Gatwick Airport.
Many times, when a client has seen how we survey a building in the South East, they ask us to also survey the rest of their property portfolio nationwide.”
Our experience comes from having surveyed close to 5,000 UK buildings ranging from pretty bungalows up to large industrial sites.

Pass Consulting are rapid response asbestos surveyors. We inspect the buildings in great detail and generate well above average reports (in the opinion of our competitors !).
We’re in the business of supporting our clients’ asbestos needs ~ properly !
We specialise in asbestos in the South East of England, primarily Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire as well as Greater London. However, we’re happy to assist clients with their asbestos surveying needs all over the UK.
Occasionally we’ve been able to give a same-day service. More usually, we can be on site within two or three days of receiving instructions ~ with reports being issued at five days or do after site inspection.
All our survey reports include floor plans marked up to show where the various samples are located – in red when asbestos is found to be present and in green if no asbestos was detected (unless the survey finds no suspect materials, in which case, the floor plan is omitted ~ reducing the survey price
